Holiday Gift Guide: Edge of Urge x Unlikely Professionals

The holiday season is here and we are in the thick of planning our holiday menus, trips and gifts for family and friends. I would be lying if I said that giving gifts doesn't matter in our home because they do. In fact, Terrance and I compete to see who can pick out the best gift for Miles. If you know us, then you know that I always win. We try our best to support local businesses any chance we get. According to Business Inquirer there are 5 reasons you should support local:


1. They help build the local economy

2. They employ people from the community

3. They help build, preserve promote and community character

4. They care about and are invested in the well being of your community and its future

5. They create familial relationships with the customers

What I love most about Edge of Urge x Unlikely Professionals is their intentionality around carrying local brands. Each piece is unique. My family and I have had the opportunity to meet Jessie & Derek, they are both a clear reflection of their stores: fun, energetic and like no other.
